Keto Deviled Egg Salad

This is intended to be eaten as a whole meal rather than a side dish. If you want to make it a side, use 3 eggs and cut other ingredients in half.

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs hard boiled - peeled
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp chopped bacon I use real bacon bits
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives can substitute onion powder if necessary

Instructions

  • Chop up the hard boiled eggs into 1/2 inch chunks.
  • Combine all ingredients into bowl with eggs.
  • As you mix the ingredients with the eggs, push down to mash up the yolks as well.

This is meant to be served as an entire meal.
