1/2 scoopQuest Cinnamon Crunch Protein Powder
6ice cubes
Optional Toppings
1tbspchia seedsadd some calories (58) and fat (4) - 1 net carb
1 tbspdessicated coconut flakes
Instructions
Pour the liquids all together in the blender/nutri-bullet first
Add 1/2 scoop of protein powder
Add 5-6 ice cubes
Blend until frothy - top with chia seeds or coconut flakes
