Keto Cinnamon Coconut Smoothie

This rich coconut smoothie has a cinnamon flavored protein powder that just blends together beautifully. Try adding some toppings like chia seeds or desiccated coconut flakes.

Ingredients

Smoothie Ingredients

  • 30 mL heavy whipping cream
  • 30 mL Canned Coconut Cream Trader Joe's is what I use
  • 240 mL Coconut Milk 1 cup
  • 1/2 scoop Quest Cinnamon Crunch Protein Powder
  • 6 ice cubes

Optional Toppings

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds add some calories (58) and fat (4) - 1 net carb
  • 1 tbsp dessicated coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Pour the liquids all together in the blender/nutri-bullet first
  • Add 1/2 scoop of protein powder
  • Add 5-6 ice cubes
  • Blend until frothy - top with chia seeds or coconut flakes Enjoy!
