Keto Stone Age Crackers

22.5 net carbs for entire batch. Makes approximately 28 crackers (almost half inch thick crackers), so around .8 net carbs per cracker. This can easily be made lower by replacing the higher net carb seeds (sesame and sunflower seeds) with others.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup linseeds/flax seeds 2 Net
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds 1 Net
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds 8.5 Net
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 7 Net
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas) 3 Net
  • 1/2 cup hemp hearts 1 Net
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 320.
  • Add all the seeds and salt to a bowl and mix up.
  • Add warm water and egg to seed mixture and mix well.
  • Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • Spread out onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Try to use a silicone spatula or it will stick.
  • Slice into squares (can use pizza cutter) while it is still wet on the tray before baking. Makes approximately 28 crackers.
  • Bake for 1 and 15 minutes hour. If you want more toasted try going 1.5 hours. It is all preference at that point.
