Low Carb Keto Protein Pancakes
This quick and easy 4 ingredient pancakes will be a hit for yourself as well as any kids you are feeding.
Servings 1 serving
- 1/2 scoop Quest Cinnamon Crunch Protein Powder Can use any flavored Quest protein powder you like
- 1/2 scoop Quest Multi-Purpose Mix Unflavored protein powder
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 cup coconut or almond milk unsweetened/or any liquid similar
Spray or butter the pan so they do not stick.
Mix all together with a spoon or whisk.
Simple as that.
Add the sugar free syrup of your choice. I like chemical laden Walden Farms.
