This quick and easy 4 ingredient pancakes will be a hit for yourself as well as any kids you are feeding.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 scoop Quest Cinnamon Crunch Protein Powder Can use any flavored Quest protein powder you like
  • 1/2 scoop Quest Multi-Purpose Mix Unflavored protein powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup coconut or almond milk unsweetened/or any liquid similar

Instructions

  • Spray or butter the pan so they do not stick.
  • Mix all together with a spoon or whisk. Simple as that.
  • Add the sugar free syrup of your choice. I like chemical laden Walden Farms.
